1 Windows interactive workstation  (BioHPC Lab). Dell Precision PWS T5400, Quad Core Intel Xeon E5410 2.33GHz CPU, HDD SATA controller with total of 10TB HDD storage, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro FX570 Graphics Card, 24in LCD monitor.

32 Linux 16GB RAM remote workstations  (BioHPC Lab). Dell PowerEdge M600 blade server, two quad-core Intel Xeon E5420 2.5GHz CPUs, 16GB RAM, 1TB HD local storage. Most of these workstations are available in "remote workstations" category, but some may be placed in "restricted" category if needed for collaborative projects or workshops.

1 64GB RAM workstation  (BioHPC Lab). Dell PowerEdge R710 with four quad-core Intel Xeon E5520 2.27GHz, 1TB HD, 64GB RAM.

16 128GB RAM workstations  (BioHPC Lab). RedBarn Server with two 6-core Intel Xeon E5 2620 2 GHz CPU, 4TB SATA HD, 1TB SSD HD, 128GB RAM.

9 512GB RAM workstations  (BioHPC Lab).

  • Red Barn Server with four 12-core AMD Opteron 6172 SKT G34 2.1GHz, 13TB HD, 512GB RAM.
  • 5 Red Barn Servers with four 16-core AMD Opteron 6272 2.1GHz, 13TB HD, 512GB RAM.
  • 3 RedBarn Servers with four 16-core AMD Opteron 6376 2.3GHz, 9TB SATA HD, 1TB SSD HD, 512GB RAM.

Storage.

  • 4-node glusterfs storage cluster with total capacity 256TB. Two nodes are Dell PowerEdge R710 with one quad-core Intel Xeon E5603 CPU, 24GB RAM and 12 disk rack enclosure (4TB disks) connected to LSI 9285-8e RAID controller configured at RAID6, two nodes are RedBarn Server with two Intel Xeon E5 2620 2.0 GHz CPU, 64GB RAM, 24 4TB SATA disk array built-in.
  • 30TB Windows storage (2 servers).
  • 110TB hosted storage on various Linux servers (5 servers).

  • 60 node 240 core Windows cluster: Dell PowerEdge 1855 nodes with two x64 Pentium 4 Xeon 3.4GHz, 4GB RAM and 144GB HD
  • 425 node 850 core hybrid Linux/Windows cluster: Sun V20Z nodes with two AMD Opteron 248 2.2GHz, 2GB RAM and 300GB HD.
  • 7 node 224 core Linux cluster: RedBarn Server nodes with four Intel Xeon E5 4620 2.20GHz CPU, 256GB RAM (one 512GB RAM), 9TB SATA HDD, 1TB SSD HDD.
