Cornell Proteomics Program

The Cornell Proteomics Program (CPP) is composed of a diverse group of faculty with a common interest in protein profiling approaches (LC, gels, etc.) and protein characterization approaches (MS-based) for proteomics research.  The program currently include 32 principle investigators from 18 academic departments and other academic units at Cornell University.

We meet to discuss issues related to specific research projects, our experiences with different technologies and vendors, and to prepare applications for extramural funding.  Some of these meetings include seminar presentations on topics of interest.  We welcome graduate students, staff and postdocs to these meetings.

If you are interested in joining the program, please send an e-mail to proteomics@cornell.edu.

Co-Sponsored by the Cornell University Institute of Biotechnology, Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, and the BRC Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry Core Facility.
