The Small Business Administration's Office of Technology provides links to current solicitations, all participating federal agencies, and a very thorough history of the SBIR & STTR programs.

The SBIR Gateway allows you to search for currenly open solicitations, closed solicitations, and past awards by agency, and federal lab R&D services. This site will also provide you with the latest SBIR news.
