LIFE SCIENCE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY SEMINAR

SPR Microscopy for Cell-based Surface Plasmon Resonance
Surface Plasmon Resonance Microscopy (SPRM) integrates optical microscopy and SPR.
It allows the simultaneous measurement of phenotypic changes of the sample via bright field microscopy and binding strength/kinetics via SPR.
SPRM can measure binding activities of membrane proteins, as well as nanometer-scaled binding response of virus, bacteria and nanoparticles in vitro.

Join us for an overview of the technology and discussion with an application scientist from BioSensing Instrument.
