How to apply

  4. Submit the application before the deadline

Step 1: Find an industry partner

For your application to be considered, you must have an industry partner. Applications without an industry partner will be automatically rejected.

If you don't have an industry partner, we can facilitate matchmaking.

Once you have found an industry partner, you will need a letter of support from them.

Step 2: Download the application form

CAT application form

Application are fill-in pdf. Save the document to your computer with this file name format: lastname_firstname_CAT_appl_year.pdf

For example, applying for a CAT grant for year 2019-2020 cycle, Dr Jane Doe would save her document as: Doe_Jane_CAT_appl_2020.pdf

If you have any difficulty in using the pdf form, email our Director of Business Development and Outreach to receive a Microsoft Word version of the application. Request a Word version

Step 3: Fill out the application

Proposals are to be brief. Extensive documentation is not necessary. Only a few key references should be cited.

Step 4: Submit your application before the deadline

When complete, email the application along with supporting documents to our Director of Business Development and Outreach.
