- Inverted Axio Observer.Z1 microscope
- 5x, 20x, 40x, 63x, and 150x objectives
- 355 nm laser with the capability for submicron-resolved cutting
- Brightfield or fluorescence imaging
- Collection of analysis material from thin <20um fixed or archival tissue
- Live cell capture possible with recultivation of living cells
- Collected material can be subsequently analyzed for DNA, RNA or proteins
