gentleMACS® Octo Dissociator with Heaters
Using gentleMACS technology, any user can process up to eight samples in parallel or independently from virtually any starting material (animal, plant, and human tissues) to standardize dissociation and preserve epitopes for downstream applications for the following:
- viable single cells
- intact nuclei
- mitochondria extraction
- ex vivo perfusion of rodent heart or liver
- FFPE tissue for bulk DNA or RNA profiling
- homogenization for molecular analysis
