DNA size selection
Depending on the results from the DNA sizing with the Fragment Analyzer, you may want to remove unwanted products from your library preparation. Our Pippin HT is used to select DNA of certain sizes and effectively remove unwanted fragment sizes.
We offer the following run types and ranges.
- 3% cassette; 100-250bp
- 2% cassette; 100-600bp
- 1.5% cassette; 300-1500bp
