We offer several options to quantify your DNA or RNA. Some are offered as part of Library Preparation or Sequencing services and all are available as self-service instruments. (with appropriate training and approvals)

Digital PCR

Digital PCR yields extremely precise quantification using specific target sequences.

• You can use the QX200 digital PCR instrument in self-service mode.
• You can order the digital PCR as an add-on service that we incorporate to your NGS library pooling for an extra fee.

Quantitative PCR

• You can use the QuantStudio 7 Pro system in self-service mode.

Qubit

The Qubit provides concentration measurement for samples in individuals tubes.

This instrument is available to borrow at no cost if you are using our sequencing services (e.g. library preparation, pooling, NGS sequencing, or Sanger sequencing). You are expected to provide your reagents, tubes and supplies.

QuickDrop

The QuickDrop Spectrophotometer is available to borrow at no cost if you are using our sequencing services. You are expected to provide your reagents, plates, and supplies.
