Single-Cell and Spatial Profiling
General Information
Our facility is equipped with a Chromium X instrument (by 10x Genomics) that enables profiling gene expression, cell-surface markers, and/or chromatin accessibility for hundreds to thousands of single cells in parallel. This microfluidic device partitions cells into emulsion droplets where cell-specific barcodes are associated with the cellular readout of interest.
- We provide full-service support through data generation for all Chromium X assays. Samples must be submitted as single cell (or single nucleus) suspensions.
- First-time users must meet with us prior to scheduling an experiment or placing an order.
- Sample processing requires reservation a minimum of 1 week, and ideally 2-3 weeks, in advance.
We now offer workflow support for 10x Genomics Visium HD Spatial Gene Expression assays
The listed prices below are estimates based on a typical project’s workflow following a single Chromium X run. Sequencing costs are not included in the pricing below. Assays or product extensions that involve more than one library (e.g. Feature Barcoding, V(D)J, ATAC), will increase the price based on the number of additional libraries prepared.
The Universal 3’ Gene Expression Assay is the only assay for which we provide reagents. Users running other assays must purchase their own reagent kits in advance, and our pricing for these other assays does not reflect the costs of the kits.
