Accessing the Genomics Network Drive

Who can connect to the Genomics Network Drive?

To connect to the Network Drive, you need to watch the QuantStudio 7 Pro tutorial video and pass the test. Once this is done, allow 1-2 business days for your Cornell netID to be added to the list of authorized users, and you will be able to connect to the Network Drive.

When you register, use your Cornell email address - not a company or private address - otherwise you won’t be able to access the Network Drive.
Important: The network drive is shared by all QuantStudio users. This means that all files and folders can be accessed by all authorized QuantStudio users.

Connection issues

You successfully set up your computer but cannot access the network drive anymore? Check that you are on the Cornell VPN if you are working from home or off-campus.

Undergraduate students may need to activate an Office 365 Exchange account to access to the Network Drive. http://www.it.cornell.edu/services/guides/student_email/howto/undergrad-exchange.cfm.
