NGS library quantification
We set up the reaction and we use our own reagents.
Users choose this service when they want an extremely precise quantification of their NGS library for a more accurate pooling. You can request to incorporate this step in your NGS library pooling for an extra fee.
User-operated
You can use our QX200 digital PRC instrument in self-service mode. With this option, you set up the instrument yourself and you provide all the reagents and supplies (pipets, tips, vials). Additional instructions are available on the QX200 instrument page.
