DNA sequencing (Sanger)

First option: Full service

You bring us your plasmid or your PCR product. We perform the Big Dye Terminator Cycle Sequencing, the Big Dye Terminator cleanup, and the template sequencing.

Some benefits of the full service:

  • For difficult-to-sequence templates or samples needing special attention, we can modify our standard conditions*.
  • For templates that have a high GC-content or large constructs like BACs, we use customized sequencing chemistries to generate the best results.

*Additional charges may apply.

Instructions to prepare samples for Full Service DNA sequencing

Second option: Ready-to-Load

You perform the Big Dye reaction and clean-up*. You bring us the samples ready to sequence in a plate that we load into the sequencer.

*Optionally, we can perform the cleanup for an additional fee.

Instructions to submit your Ready-to-Load samples

For all Sanger options: If the template you provide is high quality and in sufficient quantity, we routinely produce up to 900 bases per reaction.
Good to know: We host a Qubit and a QuickDrop that you can use to quantify your samples.
