Obligations of CAT grant recipients
Documents and reports
If your proposal is funded, you will be asked to provide:
- A brief project update during the middle of the award period.
- PI presentation at the annual June symposium "Biotechnology to Business" event.
- A final project summary and 3-page final report at the end of the project period.
- Please note that you will be asked to ensure your company collaborators complete annual economic impact reporting.
Acknowledging your CAT grant
As for any other source of federal, private or local funding, you must acknowledge the CAT and NYSTAR in your publications and presentations.
We suggest the following phrasing:
"The work was partially supported through a Cornell Institute of Biotechnology’s Center for Advanced Technology (CAT) grant, funded through New York State Division of Science, Technology, and Innovation (NYSTAR).”
