DNA/RNA quantification
We offer several options to quantify your DNA or RNA
Digital PCR
Digital PCR yields extremely precise quantification, allowing for a more accurate pooling.
- You can use the QX200 digital PCR instrument in self-service mode.
- You can order the digital PCR as an add-on service that we incorporate to your NGS library pooling for an extra fee.
Qubit
The Qubit provides concentration measurement for samples in individuals tubes.
This instrument is available to rent at no fee if you are using our sequencing services (e.g. library preparation, pooling, NGS sequencing, or Sanger sequencing). You are expected to provide your reagents, tubes and supplies.
Note that sample quantification prior to sequencing is included in our NGS library preparation for both large or small projects.
QuickDrop
The QuickDrop Spectrophotometer is available to rent at no fee if you are using our sequencing services (e.g. library preparation, pooling, NGS sequencing, or Sanger sequencing). You are expected to provide your reagents, plates, and supplies.
